I'm in!

I'm not just in........I'm way in! I'm actually sitting at a communication conference listening to a session on uses for technology in the classroom. Yes, I'm listening to the presentation, but the presenter said I can multi-task so that's what I'm doing. Hold on......... Okay, I had to stop and really listen for a moment b/c Dr. Z was just talking about Jing where I can record 5 minutes of audio while also capturing screen shots. He's got some cool sitest that I can use for my online course.

I've wanted to create a blog for quite sometime, especially since the newspaper to which I was submitting weekly articles folded, and I mean that metaphorically not literally. The name of my weekly column was "Moment With Mari" and since I no longer have that print venue, I'm going to use this blog to post thoughts and observations of different moments in my life.
